What is Emotional Healing?

If you perceive an emotional aspect to whatever itis that you want to be different in your life, then read on. My holistic (mind–body–spirit) approach to my work allows me to use my training in counselling (Emotional Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy), flower essences and Emotional Stress Release in a way which is unique to each client.

In offering you Emotional Healing, I am offering you a unique combination of training and skills: a basis of Emotional Therapy, enhanced by further training and work in humanistic and person-centred traditions, together with my work as a flower essences practitioner. I work particularly with the inner child (also known as cellular memory), and at the emotional level of your being. Emotional Stress Release, a particular form of healing with dowsing, is used where appropriate.

If you have a specific problem and want to work for a fixed number of sessions, then solution-focused therapy is available; I use the positive approach of this way of working in longer-term work as well.

If you would like to know more about my work then Contact Me so that we can arrange a meeting to discuss what you are looking for, and in what ways I might be able to help.

Susan came to see me because she was unhappy in her marriage, yet did not want to leave her husband. • From the horse’s mouth…

Sometimes there is nothing better than a client’s own words to tell a story- or in this case, the words of the client’s owner, since Morgan is a horse. Tamzin emailed me twice. The first time she said:
Given the wind and gales this week, I’d expect Morgan to be very difficult (usually he would jump [...]
